Our Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit is in need of an experienced Registered Nurse Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Preferably, candidates should have experience in pediatric psychiatric care.
- The nurse manager will report to a nurse executive and oversee specific areas of nursing services.
- Responsible for the continuous management of nursing services for the assigned area(s) on a 24/7 basis.
Child Psychiatric Unit:
The inpatient Child Psychiatric Unit consists of 12 beds, offering a short-term crisis intervention and stabilization program for children aged 3-13. Patients stay for an average of three to seven days and receive comprehensive psychiatric and medical evaluations during their time on the unit.
- Treatment team includes professionals like Psychiatrists, Therapists, Nurses, and Psychiatric Specialists.
Adolescent Psychiatric Unit:
The Adolescent Psychiatric Unit comprises 14 beds and provides holistic treatment services to adolescents aged 14-17. The program aims to create a secure and therapeutic environment for evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care. Milieu Management strategies are employed to encourage positive interactions among patients.
