Learn more about our culture here Job Description As a Inside Sales Representative for our Moen brand , you will provide direct sales support for field sales regions in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Moen customers. This includes quotes, following up on significant projects in the Non-Single Family segment, as well as overall direct sales responsibility for established and target customers in the Regions. This is a professional, entry-level position that offers you an opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate would have some background in inside sales, strong communication skills, a focus on organization, and negotiation skills.You will have a background of growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communications and knowledge sharing. This remote position is based in Spokane, WA. We will provide a laptop, and cell phone and the salary range is anywhere from a base of $50-58 K with a bonus opportunity based on your territory performance. Responsibilities
    • Drives sales results thoughspecific established and target accounts as assigned by each region.
    • Develops and maintains positiverelationships to support wholesale, contractor, non-single family, and builder market activity with Territory Managers, Strategic AccountManagers, Business Development Managers, and Regional Managers.
    • Develops quotations in cooperationwith Moen field sales associates based on identified sales strategy andinformation collected from C3, Dodge Report, Hilton Construction Report,etc.
    • Conducts Pre and Post Sale follow upon quotes (calls customer to ensure projected start date), reviewsspecifications, understands product needs, establishes job timelines, and makes alternative recommendations) in coordination with Moen field sales associates.
    • Identifies competitive product and theMoen cross over product or comparable Moen SKU's to ensure accuratecomparisons. Provides crossover assistance at the request of Moen field associatesor customer on an ad hoc basis.
    • Learns and navigates C3,CJQ System, Customer Net, Order Entry System, and all other relevant systems.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree is highly desired.
    • Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
    • Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm and endurance.
    • Ability totravelfor meetings up to 10%.
    • Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise.
    • Must be willing to relocate after 2 year development program as promotion opportunities become available.
