    • Most scenarios run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the morning.
    • There are a few Tuesday and Thursday dates in the fall semester.

    Position Summary Information

    Job Description Summary:

    A standardized patient is someone who portrays the role of a real patient so that nursing students can practice interviewing. You must be comfortable role playing (acting) but no experience is required.

    We must have reliable and dependable Standardized Patients. If you have difficulty arriving on time for morning work, please do not apply.

    Physical Demands Summary:
    • May be asked to lay in a hospital bed for several hours or sit at a chair in a simulated examination room.
    • May be required to have moulage applied to simulate wounds or other conditions.
    Wage Rate:
    $10.00 per hour
