Federation of Organization is seeking a Full-Time Porter to join the team at the Herkimer Residential Services program in Brooklyn, NY

Superintendent, Property Manager


DEPARTMENT:
Herkimer Residential Services


HOURS:35 Hours per week


QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in building maintenance. Knowledge of Facility Repairs/Costs. Computer Literate. Supervisory experience. Clean Valid NYS Driver's License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check.


JOB FUNCTION:

Responsible for the upkeep of the grounds, landscaping, building amenities, interiors, exteriors, offices, parking lots and other community buildings of mix - use, residential affordable housing

$17.00 per hour
