  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and implementing sustainable risk improvement plans that meet the needs of both clients and FM Global. This will involve showcasing the unique value of FM Global to businesses in the Frankfurt area and beyond, as well as collaborating with other FM Global teams (such as Field Engineering, Underwriting, Claims, and New Business Development).
  • Other responsibilities include:
    • Evaluating and assessing potential losses and communicating them to clients and the account team.
    • Accurately evaluating and understanding risks and exposures for the entire account and helping clients understand potential hazards and risks to their business.
    • Developing, communicating, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies in line with FM Global's corporate objectives.
    • Effectively managing corporate-level changes, including project management.
    • Providing professional advice and consultation to clients on risk management matters and promoting the benefits of FM Global's products and services.
    • Collaborating with Account Managers to prioritize risk improvement efforts and support client compliance with loss prevention recommendations.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
    • Knowledge of the Pulp & Paper industry.
    • Strong understanding of engineering principles and proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pressure equipment commonly used in the pulp and paper industry (such as steam boilers,
