- Be the go-to expert in the endpoint security field, covering areas such as AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Explain fundamental security issues to various audiences
- Demonstrate strong initiative and the capability to work autonomously
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams, acting as the technical liaison between CrowdStrike and potential clients
- Deliver presentations and showcase the value of solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to different external stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with over 1 year of relevant experience in IT, security, system engineering/administration, or sales engineering
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed (e.g., potentially once a year for the annual Sales Kickoff Event)
- Proficiency in malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
- Ability to create and customize basic scripts, with a preference for languages like PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Solid grasp of Active Directory
- Customer-facing experience and confidence in delivering presentations
- Possession of certifications like CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS, or involvement in security activities like capture the flag, is a plus

Our Corporate Sales Engineers cater to our SMB and Midmarket sectors, focusing on pre and post-sales activities. They collaborate with our Account Executives to attract new clients and Account Managers to grow existing relationships. Through our internal evaluation process, the recruitment team will evaluate your performance and expertise to determine the most suitable segment for you. This position offers 100% remote work for individuals based in the United States.
