Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Lead, the experienced point person for seamless information sharing within the department. Elevate team performance and ensure organizational uniformity.


Shift:

-
1st Shift: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm (Peak Schedule Varies)

-
Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly


Responsibilities:


  • Train and guide new, temporary, and fulltime staff.
  • Communicate effectively from management to department staff.
  • Monitor, guide, and motivate staff for optimum performance.
  • Provide factual feedback on team member performance.
  • Handle shipment receiving and inspection processes.
  • Verify packages against orders and invoices.
  • Label and store deliveries appropriately.
  • Pick materials for delivery to production departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong training/facilitation skills.
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical agility for prolonged standing.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Basic math and recording abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Energetic and motivating.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
