The role of the
Certified Mobility Consultant (CMC) entails overseeing sales, optimizing gross profit margins, nurturing customer and vendor partnerships, and cultivating a deep understanding of the competitive market landscape.
Through their efforts, the
Certified Mobility Consultant significantly influences WMK Inc., operating as
MobilityWork, in terms of expanding market presence, enhancing product offerings, increasing sales figures, and adapting to market dynamics.

What you get to accomplish:
- Completely know inventory status of instock and onorder vans, including targeted or overage inventory in software system.
- Treat all customers in an enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful manner. Strive for complete customer satisfaction at all times.
- Prepare and provide quotes for prospects in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and quickly, as defined by branch policies and procedures.
- Comply with branch policy in all activities, including customer followup, customer referral, prospecting, hours, data entry, etc.
- Understand selling and utilize the selling process, following the established sales systems. Effectively sell all products and services, as required by the General Manager.
What you should possess:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to plan, direct and control the activities of others.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
