- Responsible for automatic software distribution in the department
- Monitoring Jira Service Desk tickets
- Ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices in providing support services and managing service requests
- Collaborating with other IT departments
- Strategic, professional, and economic development of the department

- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics
- Relevant experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, and applications
- Leadership experience and experience in employee development
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and disruptions, as well as SLAs

- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and high consulting competence
- Good German and English skills
