    Pay Range:
    $ $21.00 per hour, based on experience


    Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Front Desk, Front Office or Guest Service Supervisor include:Direct operations at the front desk and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfactionHire, train, and supervise front office employees, ensuring they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policiesImplement company programs and supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to comply with SOPS and LSOPs, maximize revenues, and motivate associates to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to the hotel customers.

    Interact with customers both in person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaintsHandle the front desk budget and order office supplies as neededCompile occupancy reports and financial information for the general managerDriving the house car for our guestsRequirements for Front Desk, Front Office, or Guest Service Supervisor:

    A high school diploma or GED equivalent certification requiredAt least one year of work experience in office management as a front desk supervisor, assistant front office manager, or similar position in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of general hotel industry practices and policiesPossess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skillsProficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, are strongly desiredApplicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
