Tasks
Collaboration in the operational and strategic development of space management at W&W Service GmbH
Ongoing analysis of issues and potential for optimization in the area of space and floor planning
Mainly responsible for the development, consulting and implementation of projects related to complex, group-wide and strategically important tasks in space management, such as larger restructurings, mergers or company startups
Development of concepts for optimizing space utilization and variants for occupancy planning, including coordination with users and management of external service providers
Supporting the team in achieving set goals in collaboration with the team leader
Taking on individual areas of responsibility and, in part, providing technical guidance to the team
