Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Assist with document review and organization
  • Prepare documents, primarily using Probate Court forms, as well as written Petitions
  • Maintain and update client files and databases
  • Perform data entry and manage document management systems
  • Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with TurboCourt or similar efiling databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Can work remote or in person. Pay is commensurate with experience level.
