Job Summary:
Duties:
- Assist with document review and organization
- Prepare documents, primarily using Probate Court forms, as well as written Petitions
- Maintain and update client files and databases
- Perform data entry and manage document management systems
- Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
- Provide administrative support as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with TurboCourt or similar efiling databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
