- Primary contact for customers inquires and requests.
- Effectively communicate via phone, virtual meetings, and e-mail.
- Attention to detail in verifying and entering information.
- Review the customer's budget and communicate their expectations internally.
- Evaluate the bidding process and review pricing as needed.
- Must be able to interpret architectural & steel drawings to fit our product's needs.
- Coordinate the shop drawing and sample approval process.
- Provide direction to the Design and Production teams.
- Track progress and provide updates to the customer.
- Attend daily, or weekly, production meetings regarding schedule and time constraints.
- Regularly follow up with customers either verbally or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate shipment of materials with the customer.
- Follow up and follow through with the customer to close out the project.
- Utilize ERP system and Microsoft suite as needed to research, analyze and communicate information.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales or related function within a manufacturing facility.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ethics.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Capable of superior performance with little supervision and able to work individually and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Ability to travel as needed (limited)
