JOB SUMMARY FOR RECEPTIONIST
The Receptionist will handle various clerical tasks to support the business office.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECEPTIONIST
- Provides office support for all facility departments.
- Manages and maintains the filing system for the administrative office and the facility.
- Handles mail distribution.
- Covers the front desk when needed.
- Assists the Administrator and department heads with daily operations.
- Answers calls and greets visitors professionally.
- Supports HR tasks as required.
- Schedules resident transportation and communicates transportation needs.
- Completes resident background checks promptly.
- Demonstrates ability to work autonomously.
- Executes additional tasks delegated by the Administrator and Business Office Manager.
