What will you do?:
- These are the standards a wellaboveaverage performer will maintain or exceed: _
- Attract tenants by advertising vacancies
- Obtain referrals from current tenants
- Obtain reviews from landlords and tenants
- Screen and prequalify applicants
- Schedule showings
- Put together leases and handle all necessary paperwork
- Collect rent and pay out to landlords using Doorloop
- Aid tenants in resolving maintenance issues or scheduling maintenance
- Address and resolve tenant complaints
- Prepare and process evictions and collections
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Visit real estate offices to perform presentations
- Build agent and landlord relationships through follow up, office visits, taking them out for coffee or lunch, etc.
- Build investor relationships
- Learn real estate investing through mentors and trainings and have an investor mindset
- Implement creative ideas to improve property promotions
- Manage vendors
- Keep rental files updated
- Enter and manage listings in MLS
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and does well on a team
- Time management abilities
- Knowledge of office software (MS Office)
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- CRM knowledge/experience
- Learning based mindset
- Calm under pressure
- Ability to focus and prioritize tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
- Some weekend and evening hours required
- Reliable transportation
- Active real estate license
Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per year
Experience level:
- 1 year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (required)
