Description
Total In Home Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to complete qaurterly visits with clients. Nurses will be compensated at $50 per visit.Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self care.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nursing license.
- 6 months Homecare experience.
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations preferred.
