- Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business
- Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance
- Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans
- Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long-term relationships
- Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demandQualifications
- 3 or more years of hotel sales experience
- Senior sales manager experience highly preferred
- Hilton experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Short term lodging offered with the chance to grow into the Director of Sales & Marketing position.The Senior Sales Manager works to maximize sales occupancy and rates in conjunction with hotel operations, to increase profits by increasing room sales and generating business through effective sales efforts.
The Senior Sales Manager is a leader amongst the sales team and provides daily support to the Sales Managers.The Senior Sales Manager also provides support to the General Manager in the development of the strategic plan to drive revenue results.
The Senior Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager.You'll be in charge of developing a revenue management strategy to maximize profitability for everyday sales in areas such as rooms, dining, catering, and events.
