Customer Care Associate - Richmond, United States - RMI Sales

Description

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Order Entry
• Follow up and closing orders
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Management of order workflow including order entry into computer CRM system along with necessary steps included in the order process.

Compensation:

Salary:
$18 to $22 per hour. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
