YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Nothing runs without you:

You are the soul of the agency and start the daily routine, check electronic and physical messages, and inform your colleagues.

As the hotline to the agency, you confidently manage all inquiries regarding claims settlement and customer concerns. You are the central link between all agency colleagues and Allianz. You independently handle smaller claims and support in the private customer business. You have an eye for the essentials and don't hesitate when you notice something that needs to be done. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS You have at least completed vocational training (preferably in the commercial field). Ideally, you have already gained experience in sales and love daily interaction with customers. You have a confident and friendly demeanor and are able to inspire customers.
