    Description

    Source One is a consulting services company currently in search of an individual to work as a consultant for a global pharmaceutical company in New Brunswick, NJ. This role is remote with occasional office visits required.

    • Title: DE&I Program Manager - Company Learn Team (Contract)
    • Pay Rate: $51.57/hr (W-2)
    • Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week

    Summary:

    The DE&I Program Manager is responsible for overseeing programs related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for all Company employees. This includes setting program objectives, collaborating with stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring program effectiveness. The role involves design expertise, applying adult learning principles, and integrating learning into daily business operations. The ideal candidate must effectively work with various stakeholders and subject matter experts.
