Description

Our client is looking for a team leader (m/f/d) within the quality management department. You and your team will oversee multiple departments at two locations in southern Germany. You will support the operational departments in their daily tasks as well as in expanding an existing quality management system. Your strong understanding of GMP and GDP will help you make necessary decisions in consultation with the departments you oversee and further develop existing systems to meet future challenges.

Your responsibilities

Leading and managing a team of seven employees, including coaching and developing team members
Taking on the technical responsibility for quality-related issues in the departments you oversee
Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and regulatory requirements for the production, testing, and release of products (e.g. SOPs, qualifications, validations)
Monitoring, regularly evaluating, and adapting quality systems and processes
Ensuring system compliance in the departments you oversee during standard operations
Managing inspections and audits in your own department
Assisting with the preparation and management of change controls and deviations, as well as conducting investigations, evaluations, and reviews of any deviations that occur
Planning self-inspection concepts and conducting or participating in self-inspections; monitoring follow-up measures
Leading and participating in company-wide projects to improve quality
