We are urgently seeking teachers for the "Learning with Tailwind" initiative initiated by the Ministry of Education, starting in February 2023 in Mockingbird Valley, KY. Our goal is to help children and adolescents catch up with the current curriculum with joy and enthusiasm.

We are also continuously looking for teachers who have a passion for teaching and helping students find their own learning path. It would be beneficial to have professional experience outside of the school setting to establish a practical connection to the material. Therefore, we welcome not only trained teachers, but also professionals such as masters, engineers, social workers, translators, interpreters, business administrators, and students.

We need teachers for all subjects, including German, math, English, French, Latin, physics, chemistry, business administration, accounting, and possibly social studies and arts, from 1st grade to high school, including vocational students, for individual and group lessons (maximum of 4 students) as close to their place of residence as possible.

Our main concerns are:

Ensuring that students have a sense of selfawareness. This is only possible through hearttoheart encounters and humantohuman connections.
Developing and maintaining a culture of active listening.
Encouraging regular exchange of ideas and fostering a happy, friendly, human, and respectful working environment among colleagues.
This is the foundation of our work.
