- Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, with an annual bonus potential of 7-10.5%.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage others in EHS initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards preferred.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure workplace safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage environmental compliance programs, including waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage inspections and audits.
- Lead emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
- Analyze EHS data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to plant leadership on EHS-related matters.
