Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office budget, including tracking expenses, making recommendations for costsaving measures, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collection activities
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other services
- Handle employee relations matters and human resources functions including recruiting
- Maintain office records and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- KPI tracking and reporting
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to track expenses and manage resources effectively
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in vendor management and negotiation

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
