Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government, industry, and academia to integrate a portfolio of projects proposed and approved for Coastal Trident and other assigned largescale exercises.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and clientsatisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Prepare briefs and present to multiple levels within participating organizations.
- Ability to work both in a team and individually.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Longterm standing in NSWC PHD, Navy, local, and state communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
