Essential Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Government, industry, and academia to integrate a portfolio of projects proposed and approved for Coastal Trident and other assigned largescale exercises.
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and clientsatisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Prepare briefs and present to multiple levels within participating organizations.
Ability to work both in a team and individually.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Minimum Qualifications:

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Longterm standing in NSWC PHD, Navy, local, and state communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
