    Job Description:
    We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in their search for an Acquisition Analyst. This role will be responsible for sourcing and underwriting residential real estate. The role will report directly to the head of acquisitions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Source and identify acquisition opportunities for single family homes.
    • Qualify opportunities based on investment criteria.
    • Underwrite acquisitions and develop offer strategy.
    • Coordinate with sellers' agents to submit offers.
    • Prepare various reports of acquisitions.
    • Manage closing process with title companies.
    Qualifications:
    • Prior real estate underwriting experience preferred.
    • Real estate license holder.
    • Excel skills required.
