  • Responsible for the professional and organizational management of non-medical staff in the emergency center, including scheduling and personnel planning
  • Nursing and organizational responsibility for the nursing team
  • Professional development of the employees in the emergency care function service
  • Implementation, monitoring and further development of quality standards and evidence-based nursing practice
  • Design and further development of process organization in the emergency center in coordination with all involved professional groups
  • Expansion of collegial cooperation with other professional groups, in the interest of patient- and service-oriented care

We have the same rhythm if you

  • have completed training as a health and nursing professional
  • also have a specialized training in emergency care (DKG)
  • can demonstrate several years
