What to expect

As a Legal Project Manager, you will ensure a continuous flow of information between clients, law firm, and within the firm's teams
You will take on the role of interface and coordinate the collaboration between consulting teams and clients (in the administrative and organizational areas) in the efficient planning and execution of large projects
Support in organizing, process and work planning, and prioritizing workstreams, as well as monitoring project progress for major legal projects at Mazars
You will act as the central point of contact for all project participants, which also includes ensuring a continuous flow of information
Communication and maintaining information flow are essential in your role as a project manager (all genders), and you enjoy keeping an overview and have a strong organizational talent
Development of specific project and portfolio documentation and reports, including reviewing and consolidating reports and project metrics, as well as deadline/risk management, are also part of your responsibilities

What you bring

A successfully completed degree in law and/or business administration or a comparable qualification
Already gained initial professional experience in project management, ideally in a law firm or a comparable professional service firm
Very good understanding of complex relationships, especially in the areas of science, innovation, business, entrepreneurship, and law, as well as analytical thinking and acting
You have very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally project management tools
Commitment and joy in your work, flexibility, dedication, and communication skills
