New Insurance office seeking insurance agents to join our growing team. We are looking for agents who are dependable, efficient and responsible.

The position requires answering phones and assisting customers with processing endorsements, quotes, renewing policies, and any other need that the agency or customer may have.

Insurance Agent Responsibilities:

• Develop positive working relationships with clients
• Ability to listen effectively and empathize with our clients
• Renewing active clients
• Rewrite policies as needed, present options to clients.
• Assist clients with their Insurance Policy questions
• Obtaining quotes via online quoting tool and submitting proposals
• Assist with obtaining underwriting approval
• Respond to clients' questions and complaints

Insurance Agent Requirements:

• Must have a 440
• 2 Year sales experinece
• Excellent attendance record
• Outgoing individual that we can count on to be at work all day, every day Monday-Friday.
• Must work well with others and be a positive influence in the office
• Must have the desire to serve others and be willing to learn how to sell
• Must be computer proficient and easily be able to go from site to site
• Must be bilingual

Pay:
$50,000 a year
