    About the Opportunity: Contribute to Your Career Growth

    • Assist the Store Manager in Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources at a high-volume store
    • Create innovative strategies to boost store sales
    • Recruit, train, lead, and inspire a team of Associates
    • Supervise loss prevention and operational initiatives
    • Ensure exceptional shopping experiences for all customers
    • Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office

    Who We're Seeking: Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum of two years' experience in retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills
    • Demonstrated capability in managing and motivating a large team
    • Prior responsibility for a sales volume of $5 million or more
