    On W2, this role can ONLY be performed remotely out of AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, or WV.

    We/Hirewell are partnered with a growing SaaS organization that is seeking a dynamic Sales Commission Analyst with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of finance or accounting principles, and a track record of success in sales commissions or related roles.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field
    • 3+ years of experience in sales commissions, finance, accounting, or operations
    • Proficiency in Excel and experience with commission tools
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take on additional responsibilities
    • Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from data

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement and administer commission plans for the sales team and sales development representatives.
    • Ensure timely submission of commissions within specified deadlines.
    • Collaborate with sales operations, finance, sales, and HR leaders to identify and resolve issues, and provide analysis on sales performance to aid in the development of commission plans.
    • Manage the overall monthly commissions process for Sales teams, including operational processes, policies, and plans.
    • Calculate, obtain approval, and distribute commission statements on a monthly basis.
    • Support commission calculation-related inquiries, disputes, and drive timely resolution.
    • Work with Sales Ops to improve systems for effective commission management.
    • Calculate accruals and prepare journal entries at month-end.
    • Review, analyze, and adjust transactions for accuracy based on commission guidelines.
    • Provide accurate attainment reporting, trends on manager and rep performance, and commission data to Finance and Sales leadership.
    • Manage commission/sales credits as needed.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation of policies and processes to ensure company compensation philosophy and offerings are well understood.
    • Address all commission-related inquiries promptly.
    • Perform ad hoc reporting and projects as required.
