Job Summary:
Tom's Ford is seeking a motivated and dynamic BDC Representative to join our team in Keyport, New Jersey. This is a full-time, commission-based sales position in the auto industry.

As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, as well as providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers.

This is an individual contributor role, which offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.


Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary of $15 per hour, with the potential for commission-based earnings. The commission structure is designed to reward high-performing individuals, providing uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Generate leads through various sources, including internet leads, phone calls, and referrals.
  • Manage and update customer database effectively to ensure accurate and timely followups.
  • Schedule appointments with customers and provide them with information about available inventory, specials, and promotions.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
  • Communicate with management regularly to provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the auto industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
