YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of all bookkeeping tasks in accounts receivable accounting
  • Posting of accounts receivable, bank and cash receipts
  • Preparation and execution of reminder runs, including handling of incoming customer inquiries
  • First point of contact for inquiries from external service providers and lawyers
  • Reconciliation of main and subsidiary ledger accounts
  • Recording of accounts receivable documents in SAP
  • Daily reconciliation and posting of cash and bank statements
  • Processing of open item lists
  • Preparatory tasks for monthend closing and support in the preparation of financial statements and balance sheets

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship; ideally with further training as a financial accountant
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting or as a legal or notary assistant
  • You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ideally also have secure SAP knowledge
  • You have a strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
  • You have strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • You are known for your independent, structured and careful way of working
  • You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of commitment
