- Education: Bachelor's degree, required. Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Experience: Prior experience may be required for specialty areas such as emergency department, critical care and trauma, required.
- Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure of NC, required. ACLS, BLS, TNCC, required.
- Additional skills required: Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s) age. Demonstrates proficient oral and written communication skills. Is knowledgeable of compliance standards and performance improvement process and execution.
