    Role Description

    We are seeking a full-time Technical Software Support Specialist to provide internal and end-user support in Spectrum Engineering and Management. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, autonomous, and open to challenges and new experiences. The Technical Software Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for our software product line, including software installation, troubleshooting, and help desk support. This role is based in McLean, VA, with flexibility for remote work.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent computer skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in science, IT, engineering or related field preferred.
    • Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
    • Experience with PHP, JavaScript and Web Development programming is desirable.
    • Experience in the radio industry is a plus.
    • Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a big plus.
    • U.S. Permanent Residency required.
    • U.S. citizenship strongly preferred.
