    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and has a passion for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a neat and organized store environment
    • Achieve and exceed sales goals
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
    • Helps with online social media postings

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
