Paradigm is seeking a Tax Manager to join our client, located in San Francisco, CA.In this vital role, you will lead complex tax projects for high-net-worth individuals and various corporate entities, maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional tax services.

San Francisco, CA | Onsite 1st year, Hybrid from then on

Employees enjoy paid holidays including the day after April 15th, major national holidays, and additional days around Thanksgiving and Christmas.
DML offers a generous Personal Time Off (PTO) policy, with 20 days per year, plus up to 5 additional days for professional staff meeting overtime requirements.

Two medical plans (Kaiser and Blue Shield) with affordable co-payments. The firm also contributes significantly to Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
Immediate eligibility for 401K with a 3% firm contribution and SEP IRA contributions starting the second year with a 7% contribution.

Full support for continuing professional education, including tuition, books, and fees for approved programs and CPA exam costs covered up to three times per part.
Requirements
Our skills and wish list experience includes:
CPA Certification Required:
Proven experience in managing complex tax issues related to partnerships, trusts, S and C corps.
Desired Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a public accounting firm, with a strong background in strategic tax planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and large businesses.
High-Net-Worth Individuals: Handling personal tax forms such as 1040 and related schedules.Partnerships:
Preparing and reviewing Form 1065.
Trusts:
Managing Form 1041.
S Corps and C Corps:
Overseeing corporate tax forms 1120S for S Corps and 1120 for C Corps.
Charitable Contributions:
Knowledge of relevant tax deductions and benefits.
Skills:
Proficiency in major tax software, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
