LABORER NEEDED - NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION IN MONMOUTH COUNTY
We are looking for someone immediately; Full-time position available.

Previous construction work experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities may include cleaning homes to prepare them for painting and installation of flooring; removing carpet scraps, sheet rock debris, etc.

to prepare homes for certificate of occupancy inspection; unloading and distributing items from delivery trucks to homes.

• Having hand tools and knowing how to use them is a plus.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must have a good attitude, strong work ethic and can take direction on certain tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
