We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator in our Service Department.

Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for daily interaction with field and office personnel in a fast-paced environment. Duties of general warehousing include: staging orders, ordering materials, tooling, and delivery of materials to field personnel on job sites.

Essential Functions:

Coordinates delivery of purchased items per required schedules and the needs of employees
Assists field technicians on job sites with material installation and removal of old materials
Coordinate pick-up and returns to local supply houses
Maintains a relationship with vendors so that we receive the best possible price
Ability to successfully direct and coordinate the requirements of the customers, employees, outside vendors, delivery schedules and subcontractors to make our field personnel as productive as possible
Identifies new vendors and alternate material sources for cost savings
Pick up supplies/parts and deliver to field personnel
Keeps parts log updated and stages parts appropriately when receiving shipments
Other duties as assigned

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00-4:00PM.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Current Driver's License required - Class C (Chauffeurs) license required
Ability to pull a flatbed and/or gooseneck trailer
Strong Customer Service experience required - both internally and externally
General building maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC industry with a minimum of 2 years' experience
