What You Will Do...
The District Manager will be directly accountable for the financial and operational success of multiple centers in our Dallas, TX area.
Primary Objectives
- Understanding the company mission, our families needs and translate that understanding into managing a remarkable Mathnasium center
- Strategic planning; evaluate center KPI's and implement effective measures to drive sales, improve team performance, and enhance parent satisfaction
- Fiscal management of the centers, including achieving top line revenue targets and managing labor according to company expectations
- Recruit, select, coach and develop talent on an individual level, create succession plans for each center, and support continued growth of the company
- Mentor and develop team members in the areas of leadership, customer service and sales
- Collaborate with Center Managers in identifying and participating in local marketing events; Foster collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations
- Perform operational and administrative functions to support the center as required.
Requirements:
Essential Talents & Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of related multiunit experience with a strong focus on building relationships, developing teams, and creating future leaders in a growing company
- Business degree preferred
- Highly organized; managing multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and sense of urgency; plan and work under own initiative
- Effective problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze/interpret business reports and statistics, as well as write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends with local and out of state travel required
