The HR-IT department at Liebherr-IT Services GmbH is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and further developing the globally used personnel systems.

We act as an internal service provider for the entire company group and are looking for you to join our team.

Your future. What to expect

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of customer requirements in the configuration of our HR-IT systems in the area of HR service management (employee portal, HR helpdesk, and others).

You will also contribute to the continuous development of these systems.

You will be responsible for evaluating technical requirements and implementing them in a sustainable and user-friendly manner, in close coordination with the project management and in collaboration with the HR-IT configuration managers.

You will independently and agilely handle customer requirements according to agreed priorities and proactively communicate progress, challenges, and results. You will also support the configuration of other HR-IT systems.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and updating technical system documentation, and driving proactive improvements to advance the digital transformation in the HR field.

You will also be engaged in providing support and assistance to our customers in resolving disruptions, errors, and functional application questions.
