Under direction of the Statewide Travel Manager (SSM I), this position serves as a state travel analyst responsible for a wide range of complex research, analytical, training and special project functions for the Office of Fleet and Asset Management's Statewide Travel Program (STP) to provide efficient and cost effective travel for the State of California.

This position requires the incumbent to adhere to applicable information security and privacy laws, policies, and standards; and agrees to comply with the requirements when accessing and handling confidential and sensitive state information assets.


  • This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment.
