    Hours: Part-time, 10-20 hours/week

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and personable Part-Time HR Support Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties and providing clerical and administrative support to our HR department.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
    2. Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
    3. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
    4. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
    5. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
    6. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
    7. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
    8. Assist with performance management procedures.
    9. Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, travel arrangements).
    10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the companys policies and procedures are upheld.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:


    1. Prior experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
    2. Strong computer literacy, with competency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
    3. Basic knowledge of labor laws.
    4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    6. An approachable and professional manner.
    7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
