Your responsibilities:

Answering, conducting, and following up on phone calls in the areas of claims management, individual customer leasing, or banking
Consultation calls
Operating all functions of customerspecific IT systems

Your profile:

Commercial training or comparable professional experience
Knowledge of insurance products or the banking segment is advantageous
Experience in customer service is advantageous
Strong communication and expression skills
Service orientation and quality awareness
Excellent computer skills

Your salary:

You will receive 12 Euros per hour plus a bonus (an additional average of 1.50 Euros per hour), totaling
2,100 to 2,400 Euros per month and more.
