Location: 206 Enterprise Road, Delafield, WI

Starting Wage:
$ $22.00/hour + $1.50/hour premium

Shift: 2nd - Monday - Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Typical Day in the Role:

The Machine Operator is responsible for tasks that include:

• Coordinates print jobs based on provided job specifications.
• Operate powered industrial equipment while supporting the movement of job materials.
• Accurately band, label, and package orders.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Makes decisions regarding quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoots and problemsolves machine and job order issues

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Slitting and/or Warehousing experience preferred, but not required
• Powered Industrial Vehicle operation experience (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Detail orientated
• Computer and mathematical aptitude
• Good communication skills
