    Job Description

    Job DescriptionResponsibilities:The Apple/Mac Desktop Support will assist with technology support and services for various departments throughout the organization including special IT projects and other duties as needed. Qualifications:
    • Strong background in troubleshooting and repair of desktops, laptops, portable Macintosh systems and Mobile Devices)
    • Expertise in supporting Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 support in large-scale enterprise/Windows Active Directory environment
    • Apple Hardware Repair
    • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Apple certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
    Employment type: Contract; 40-hours a week; onsite Monday-Friday
