Re-Bath of Pioneer Valley is a small business in Greenfield, MA. We are the Nation's largest complete bathroom remodeler and we are looking for someone to join our team. This role requires someone who is pleasant, with exceptional customer service skills both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
• Coordinate and assist with various office projects and tasks
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and visitors

Skills:

- data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This position offers an opportunity to work in a small family run business office. We provide competitive compensation based on experience and training.

Part time hours needed, with the ability to work more hours on an as needed basis.

Monday 8:30 - 4:30

Tuesday 8:30 - 4:30

Occasional Saturday 9:00 - 1:00
