What you would do at Messerli & Kramer:
Messerli Kramer is currently seeking a motivated and goal oriented Collector to join our team in our Plymouth office. This position will recover outstanding debts on client accounts by creating a positive consumer experience while negotiating to satisfy the debt quickly and responsibly.
Hours:
8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday (for first 90 days); however, Collector will need to cover till 6pm one Friday a month after initial training concludes.
Pay:
Starting base wage of $19.00 per hour in addition to a monthly bonus which is based on performance to goal. There is no cap on bonus potential. Also, a $1000 sign on bonus is provided and payable after 90 days of employment.
