What you would do at Messerli & Kramer:

Messerli Kramer is currently seeking a motivated and goal oriented Bilingual Collector to join our team in our Plymouth office. This position will recover outstanding debts on client accounts by creating a positive consumer experience while negotiating to satisfy the debt quickly and responsibly.

Hours:

8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday (for first 90 days); however, Collector will need to cover till 6pm one Friday a month after initial training concludes.

Pay:

Starting base wage of $19.73 per hour in addition to a monthly bonus which is based on performance to goal. There is no cap on bonus potential. Also, a $1000 sign on bonus is provided and payable after 90 days of employment.

Salary Description

Requirements

What you would bring:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Positive energy
• Strong customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of collections experience, call center experience (telemarketing or customer service), sales, retail, or other related experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining composure
• Ability to be confident and engaging as well as polite and compassionate
• Attention to detail and ability to reason and think quickly when negotiating
• Working knowledge of MS Office
