Position Summary:
Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for ongoing ownership, support, maintenance, and updates to at least 3 of the following Workday modules (Core HCM
  • Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Talent & Performance) ); including setup, security, business processes, objects, plans and intersectionality with other modules
  • Handson configuration of production, test, and development environments and services
  • Drive and lead business requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of Workday functionality for our internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and implement Workday solutions to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement.
  • Creation and maintenance of advanced reports, matrix reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (i.e. Discovery Boards) to provide P&C and leaders with actionable information and insights
  • Identify and partner with HR IT and other internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data/integration issues.
  • Partner with HR IT, vendors and other internal stakeholders to design, test and implement new inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Full lifecycle project management for Workday roadmap items including stakeholder management, initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closing.
  • Owns the review, testing, configuration, implementation and communication of ad hoc Workday release items and semiannual releases for assigned modules, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Operates as lead functional contributor, providing Workday training, direction and mentoring to others.

Experience and Required Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of handson configuration experience with Workday Core HCM in at least two of the following modules: Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Payroll for configuring business processes and system build; including extensive experience with business processes best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing employee data within Workday, including creating and maintaining custom reports & dashboards, calculated fields and developing data visualizations
  • Previous full lifecycle Project Management experience.
  • Health Care Industry experience desired.
  • Working knowledge of inbound & outbound integrations.
